with Sweet Potato Wedges (leave out the sugar from this recipe)

Even if you’re a meat eater, this vegetarian meal plan is still delicious.  I do encourage you to always choose organic, grass fed meat whenever possible if you choose to eat meat.  What are some of your favorite healthy recipes?
