It takes 21 days to create a habit.  IT takes 90 days to create a lifestyle.

You keep getting stuck.  You’ve had so many New Year’s Resolutions and said so many prayers to get healthy and make life better, but NONE of them have worked – at least long-term.  You’re confused about all the ‘healthy information’ out there because it’s so contradictory!  You don’t even know where to begin.

Intention Discovery

This first session helps you to articulate exactly what you want during the program so I can create sessions to help get you there.  We will discover your motivating factor to set you up for inevitable success so you can feel good in your own skin, develop healthy food habits, and deepen your spiritual relationship.  This session also helps you see a vision for where you want to go.

12 Deep Dive Coaching Sessions

These one hour phone conversations will take place once a week for 90 days – that’s 12 weeks.  The first one is the Intention Invigoration.  After that we’ll dive in deeper each week to get you closer to the best version of you.  I have strategies in place to tackle fear, when you get in your own way, scheduling difficulties, and follow-through.  I’ll check in each week to see how you did on completing the action steps from the previous session, so we can continue to reach toward your goals.  We’ll celebrate what is going well and discuss ways to overcome challenges that arise so you get the most out of this transformation.

Follow Up

Each week I will send a follow up email with notes, handouts, or a personalized video to reinforce what was learned and perhaps some additional thoughts and ideas.  This follow up helps to remind you of the action steps and helps hold you accountable to what will get you to where you want to go.  You’re not alone on this journey.  We’ll get there together!
