Jump Start to a Healthy You

Maybe you’ve tried to lose weight, “get healthy,” or kick that craving and it just hasn’t worked.  Or, perhaps, you’ve been having some tummy upset. You’re ready and excited to get started and feel better, but you need some guidance to get you going.

You’re ready to step forward in creating your body to be a healthy temple for the Holy Spirit to reside in. You want to take back control of your eating habits and finally get back on track.  You imagine eating delicious food that satisfies and doesn’t leave you feeling bloated and blah.

During these two weeks I’ll provide a detailed plan to take the guess work out of it.  You’ll be taking a step forward in confidence with food and perhaps discover some new foods along the way.

Refocus Your Mind, Body, & Spirit

Every so often it’s good for us to take a step back, breathe, evaluate, and reset.  This allows us clarity & confidence to move forward with God in a healthier way.

In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, God calls us to create our bodies to be temples for the Holy Spirit.  To do this we need to focus on a healthy mind, body, and spirit.  Food can have a big impact on our mind and body.  So, it’s important to choose food that nourishes and sustains us.  And keeps us healthy too, of course!

This 5 Day Reset is designed to take the guess work out of eating healthy.  Plus, it doesn’t have all those rules to follow!  You’ll see what God says about what foods He wants us to eat.  In addition, you’ll carve out time with God to focus on a healthier mind and spirit too!
